Volunteer opportunities include:
- Assisting in community-wide celebration events (Kick Off/Final Mile)
- Promoting Marathon Kids in your community
- Serving on a leadership committee to host Marathon Kids' fundraisers
- Representing Marathon Kids' programs at local school events and festivals
- Helping local elementary schools start and maintain schoolyard vegetable gardens
- Supporting initiatives to increase physical education offerings in your area
