Four Fruit Salad

1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup orange segments
1 large apple cut into slices
1 large pear cut into slices

Just toss all the ingredients together in medium to large bowl. You can eat this with: -A scoop of non- or low-fat cottage cheese -A bowl topped with non- or low-fat yogurt -A scoop of sherbet on top Takes only about 10 minutes to make and serves 6 people. So enjoy!
