Rachel with her Go Healthy Run SnackINGREDIENTS:

  • grapes
  • peanut or almond butter
  • raisins
  • apples

DIRECTIONS: 

  • First cut half an apple in half moon shaped slices. 
  • Then take 3/4 cup peanut butter and spread it across a plate in a big circle. 
  • Then take apple slices and put them in circle on top of the peanut putter. 
  • Then put single grapes between apple slices, smashing them down and making them stick into peanut butter. 
  • Put raisins, smashing them into peanut butter too.
